2-5 days, inground swimming pool kit tracking numbers are usually available
in 2-5 days. Additional time is required for spas, jetted steps, spill-over
spas, non-stock pool liners and special order items.

- Regular ground shipping charges are included in the cost of products listed in our on-line swimming
pool store for orders that are $40 and over. A $9 shipping charge is added
to all orders under $40. Ground shipping is provided by UPS or FedEx for
items up to 150 lbs. Items weighing more than 150 lbs such as swimming
pool kits, hot tub spas and large above ground and inground vinyl pool
liners will be shipped via common carrier. Additional shipping may be added
for large items shipping to the mountain or pacific time zones during checkout.
In stock products will ship (leave the warehouse) in 1-3 business days.
Allow 2-5 additional business days for delivery depending on your location.

kit. Pool kits are delivered via common carrier on an 18 wheel type truck.
The delivery company will call the homeowner for delivery prior to delivering
the swimming pool kit. It is the truck drivers discretion as to the actual
location of the delivery, especially in rural or restricted community areas.
The homeowner is responsible for unloading the pool kit. Liftgate trailer
service is available for a $35 additional charge where available (see below), lift gate trailers may not be available in some areas. The liftgate
will not unload an entire inground swimming pool pallet. Additional home
delivery charges and delivery time apply for mountain and pacific time
zones (areas in white and blue on the map bellow). In stock pool kits will
ship (leave the warehouse) in 1-4 business days. Allow additional time
for spill-over and inground spas and for portable spas. Allow 2-5 additional
business days for delivery.

states. Additional $125 delivery charges and delivery time apply for mountain
and pacific time zones (see map bellow) The spa will be delivered via common carrier on an 18 wheel type truck.

We will email the tracking number to you once the spa leaves ALPS Manufacturing.
The delivery company will call the homeowner for delivery prior to delivering
the spa. The spa is usually delivered in less than 1 week from the time
it leaves ALPS. It is the truck drivers discretion as to the actual location
of the delivery, especially in rural or restricted community areas. The
homeowner is responsible for unloading the spa. Liftgate trailer service
is included at no additional charge where available. You will need 3-5
people to get the spa to the end of the trailer and onto the liftgate.
Hot tub spa unload service is available for an additional $95. You must

- Shipping insurance is included however, the homeowner must check for shipping damage before
signing the delivery ticket. Any damage should be written on the delivery
ticket. Shipping damage is not included if discovered after signing the
delivery ticket. Fax a copy of the signed ticket to 901-372-9262. Normal
shipping scratches or dents can be repaired with no effect on full warranty
coverage. Unusable or non-repairable damaged items must be refused by the
homeowner and reloaded onto the delivery truck for fastest replacement.
Items refused because of damage will be reshipped from the warehouse to
the homeowner upon notification by the homeowner to Royal Swimming Pools.
Damaged items that are accepted by the homeowner must be returned to the
warehouse by the homeowner for replacement or the damage claim form can
be filed by the homeowner directly with the delivery company. Missing items
must be reported to Royal Swimming Pools within 1 week of delivery and
will be sent to you via normal ground shipment. Most items cannot be shipped
overnight delivery.

- Curb side home delivery shipping charges are included in the price for
Inground swimming pool replacement liners. Smaller liners usually ship UPS or FedEx. Check the label on your liner
to make sure it is the correct pool liner for your swimming pool before
removing the liner from the box. Liners removed from the box can not be
returned except for warranty exchange. Please call for assistance if your
liner box does not indicate a pool size. In stock liners will ship (leave
the warehouse) in 1-3 business days. Allow 2-5 additional business days
for delivery.

- Pickup orders must be paid for by certified check or bank wire when the order
is placed. Orders paid by check require an additional 10 days to process.
Paypal payment orders must be a Paypal verified account and must ship to
the confirmed address. Checkcard and creditcard payment orders made by
phone on on-line must ship to the card statement address. Shipping to a
different address is possible if the bill to information can be verified
by the issuing bank (allow additional processing time). Pickup at the freight
terminal is available in most major cities. A pickup discounted price is
available for most items. The discount is based on the item and the place

- Shipping is included at no additional charge for regular orders for the areas in
Red except for some extra large items, specials or auctions. Additional
shipping charges and transit time may apply for the areas in white or blue.
Actual shipping cost may not be refundable after the order ships. An up
to 5% order cancellation fee applies after the order is processed.

Liftgate service is optional for above ground and inground swimming pool kits. Liftgate service is recommended for portable spas but not for spill-over spas. The homeowner is responsible for unloading the swimming pool kit and/or spa. The kit is shipped shrink wrapped in plastic on one or more pallets. The homeowner must check for damaged or missing items before signing the delivery ticket. The plastic should be in tact upon delivery. You should remove the plastic wrap in order to unload the kit one box at a time. The liftgate option is available for an additional $35. If you plan to have two or more people available to unload the kit the liftgate is not necessary. You will need 2-5 people to help unload hot tub spas even with the liftgate. Hot tub spa unload service is also available. Unload service is not available for pool kits. Shipping
insurance does not cover damage caused by dropping or improper unloading
of inground pool wall panels or above ground pool wall or frame boxes.
Wall panels and frame boxes weigh about 150 lbs or less. An average kit
can be unloaded in 15 to 30 minutes. A pick-up truck or trailer may be
positioned at the rear of the freight truck to unload the swimming pool
kit onto for easier off loading and transporting. The liftgate will not unload the complete pallet on inground pool kits.
It must be unloaded one piece at a time. |
